New Client Questionnaire
We understand your concerns, so the “Blyss Experience” has been thoroughly prepared with your safety in mind. The safety of all parties is essential in this business. All capes, hair supplies, and surfaces are cleaned/disinfected after each use. We are fully stocked with personal protective equipment. Please note: you are visiting Blyss Hair salon at your own will and release Blyss Hair, its service providers, and patrons, of any liability due to illness, including COVID-19/Coronavirus or any strand it may carry.
Cancelation Policy
You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations and 100% for no-shows. After three last-minute cancelations, the client will not be able to book.
Appointment Modifications
Do not book, reschedule, or cancel via text or phone. All appointments and modifications must be made through StyleSeat. Any modification to your appointment time done less than 24 hours from your original appointment time will be considered canceling. The cancelation fee will apply (50 percent of the service, No show no call 100 percent of service booked.No exceptions.
Appointment Types
Please note that Complementary Mircolinks express consultations are done on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Consultations booked on other days will incur a charge.
